Founded in 2024 in Hinche, Haiti, by the Sylvain Family—Ernso and Sophia Densky Sylvain, alongside their two boys, Liam Enzo and Archie Densky Sylvain—Global Learning International School (GLIS) was established to provide Haitian and international students with world-class bilingual education in French and English. At GLIS, we serve preschool, primary, secondary, and high school students, offering a nurturing and dynamic environment where young minds thrive. Our commitment to academic excellence and cultural diversity makes us a beacon of educational innovation in Haiti and beyond.

Ernso Sylvain
Visionary Educator & Entrepreneur
I am Ernso Sylvain, the Founder and Director of Global Learning International School, a visionary educator, and a passionate entrepreneur committed to empowering individuals through education and entrepreneurial development.
As the founder of Happy Haitian Productions (HHP), I have dedicated myself to helping Haitian students and professionals achieve their dreams through advanced educational opportunities, focusing on English as a Foreign Language, business training, and computer programming.
Additionally, I founded Little America Freemen Farms, where I scaled operations in poultry and agriculture to serve the community of Hinche.
Sophia Densky T. Sylvain
Superintendent, Global Learning International School
Sophia Densky Sylvain is the dedicated Superintendent of Global Learning International School, where she oversees all aspects of school operations, including finance, school supplies, and personnel management.
With a rich background in leadership and management, Sophia has honed her skills as the Finance Manager at Happy Haitian Productions for many years, and she currently serves as the Executive Director of Little America Freemen Farms.
Her academic background in International Affairs and Diplomacy, which she studied in Port-au-Prince and Hinche, has provided her with a global perspective that informs her approach to education and organizational development.
